- Account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and optional profile information such as photo, brokerage, and contact numbers.
- Brand kit and listing content: property details, addresses, photos, descriptions, prices, and any notes you add to listings.
- Communications: messages you send through forms, recommendations, or support channels.
- Payment details: billing information is collected and processed by our third party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, listings created, and interactions with AI tools.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, timestamps, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage.
Information from third parties
If you sign in using a third party provider, we receive basic profile information that you authorize the provider to share with us. Payment processors share transaction status with us so we can credit your account.
2. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Create and display your listings and public pages.
- Generate AI-assisted marketing content based on the inputs you submit.
- Process payments and manage your credit balance.
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and product updates.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. AI processing
When you use AI features (such as description generation or social captions), the inputs you submit (for example, property details and notes) are sent to third party AI providers for processing. We instruct providers not to use this content to train their general models, where that option is available. We do not include your account password or payment details in AI prompts.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as described below:
- Public listings:the listing information and photos you choose to publish (including the listing’s address, price, your name as agent, and the contact details you opt to display) are visible to anyone with the public page link, and may appear on the public browse pages and search engines.
- Service providers: hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, payment, mapping, and AI vendors that process information on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection commitments.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (for example, the guided tour state), and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the Service.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information for longer where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Public listings you have published may be removed from your dashboard but remain in backups for a limited period before being purged. Search engines may continue to display cached copies until they re-index.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request erasure or blocking of your information, subject to legal limits.

9. Children
