Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for credit pack purchases on PropertyListings and how to request one. This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. What you are buying

Credit packs are a digital product. When you purchase a pack, credits are added to your account balance and can be used to create listings at any time. 1 credit lets you create 1 new listing. Credits do not expire.

2. Refundable purchases

You may request a full refund of a credit pack purchase if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase, and
  • None of the credits from that purchase have been used to create a listing.

If both conditions are met, we will refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. The corresponding credits will be removed from your account balance.

3. Partial use

Once any credit from a purchase has been consumed to create a listing, the entire purchase is considered used and is not refundable. This is because each listing immediately unlocks the full set of AI generation, hosting, and public page features for that property.

4. Non refundable items

The following are not refundable:

  • Welcome credits granted on signup (these have no cash value).
  • Credits earned through promotions, referrals, or manual adjustments.
  • Purchases older than 7 days at the time the request is received.
  • Purchases where any portion of the credits has been used.
  • Fees charged by your bank or card issuer (such as currency conversion fees).

5. Service issues and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, a payment failed but credits were not added, or a platform issue prevented you from using credits you purchased, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved within a few business days. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and result in suspension of your account during the dispute.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@propertylistings.ph from the email address on your account, including:

  1. The date of the purchase.
  2. The pack name (for example, Starter, Popular) or the receipt or transaction ID.
  3. A short explanation of the reason for the refund.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Discretionary refunds

Outside the 7 day window, refunds are at our sole discretion. We may, on a case by case basis, offer a credit adjustment instead of a cash refund where appropriate.

8. Currency and taxes

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase, generally Philippine Peso (PHP). Any taxes paid will be refunded together with the principal amount, subject to the rules of the relevant tax authority.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the “Last updated” date shown above. Purchases made before that date will be governed by the version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
